-turk’s free range chicken ballotine filled with green tea soaked raisins, pistachio, crushed agria -potato with spring onion and apple and red wine jus (gf)
-Vegetarian option on pre-request: spiced lentil and cheese fritters with ratatouille and baby pickled carrot(v)
